Cherry Concentrate
We produce our sour cherry juice concentrate by Organic Sour cherry juice which has been previously obtained by processing the fresh, clean, ripe and sound organic sour cherries through the consecutive stages of washing, sorting, seed cracking, crushing and pressing. Then the product passes from pasteurization, clarification, filtration and evoparation steps which provides Sour cherry Juice Concentrate to have the characteristic taste and odour of natural sour cherries.
